Taxes keep dissapearing in tax setting

    Hi all,

    I am having a problem with adding world wide taxes in woocommerce. The problem is, after entering all the taxes in (many of them!) they have disappeared 2 times on separate occasions! I was having some issues with The dokan theme which caused the theme to be looked at from their developers and to get uninstalled and reinstalled. I notice after this was done the taxes were also removed from https://www.pleazo.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=tax&section=standard.

    I can’t keep putting these taxes in everytime, it is very time consuming and this will most likely happen again. Can someone please help me with this issue? I know woocommerce should not have done this, but it’s happened 2x already.

    I have a google sheet with all the info but when i try to upload it as a csv file, it does not work.

    Hi just an update,

    I have figured out how to make the correct csv file. But the problem now is that i have duplicates in the rows and I cannot delete these. I click on a row so it is highlighted, and seletec “remove selected rows”, but nothing happens: https://snipboard.io/9Mw6Vj.jpg

    How can I remove all these?

    Glad you figured the csv issue out!

    As for removing those extra rows, I’m not able to replicate the issue on my test site.
    Could you copy and paste your site’s system status report into this forum? You can get it from your dashboard by going to WooCommerce—> Status.
