Taxes not included in cart and checkout

I have installed the cart tab and have set up this site with a standard tax rate and to include on cart and checkout, but the tax is not being included on cart and checkout.
The settings are the same as I have on another site that is using the standard cart widget and is working fine there.
I’d appreciate any help. Site is bbinabb.com.
