    Hi everyone,

I set all the taxes system yesterday.
It is pretty easy with 21% VAT on all the products (0% on virtual product).

Everything looks working well, because when I go on a check out page I can see the good VAT amount displayed next to the total amount of the basket BUT…

    I don’t this taxes appearing on :
    -the woocommerce orders
    -the woocommerce reports
    -the plugin WP PDF Invoice

I checked two times the tutorial and I don’t find the problem.

If you have any tips, would be great

    thanks a lot
    Ben

    Hey @ben84torag,

Can you explain a bit more about how you set up the taxes or share a screenshot of the settings? For example, are these “Standard rates” set up on the WooCommerce > Settings > Tax page?

Additionally, for the products, do you have the regular products set to use the “Taxable” status and the virtual products set to “None”?

    Hi Shaun,

    Thanks for your reply.
We had an order tonight and everything looks finally good.
The VAT appears on the orders (back office part) and on the pdf invoice !

to answer to your reponse, I set the standard taxe with our VAT rate and I applied it to all the country of EU (we are based in Czech in Republic).
then I applied this standard taxe to all the material product.
On the other side I set the 0 rate and I applied it to the virtual product (online classes etc…)

I don’t know what’s happen maybe it needed few day to to be set but everything looks good now

    Best regards,
    Ben
