    @carlojpf, Custom taxonomies are not supported in free version. Add more details like version of plugin, wordpress that you use and a sample csv file.

    You should have a minimum formatted csv for successful import. Users are successfully importing thousands of posts in simple clicks. You can refer the users feedback and other threads. Kindly get a sample file to format yours to proceed further at WordPress-ultimate-csv-importer-csv-sample-files-and-updates
