Taxonomies link doesn’t show

Hello,

I have a problem seeing links to the custom taxonomy created with the toolset plugin. I don’t understand why the link doesn’t show. Can you help me to understand and fix it?

I checked in diagnostic mode but it’s the same with all plugins and themes deactivated so, no plugin or theme conflicts are present
