Taxonomies not displaying

Hi, great plugin but I can’t get it to work. I’m using CPT UI and Advanced Custom Fields for creating custom post types and fields. The plugin can see the custom post types but not the taxonomies. It also doesn’t show up in the theme (sociallyviral).
