Taxonomies not listed in the AgentPress Listing widget

I am running WordPress 4.4.1 with Genesis 2.2.6 and the AgentPress Pro child theme. I followed the setup instructions that came with the theme which are posted here. I registered the taxonomies without a problem and my taxonomies are listed in the left sidebar just as they should be according to the instructions.

However, when I go to the widget area and use the AgentPress-Listing Search widget, the taxonomies are not appearing in the widget. The widget shows the text, “Include these taxonomies in the search widget” but it is missing the list of taxonomies to select from (even though I registered the taxonomies and can see them listed in the left sidebar under “Listings”
