Taxonomies not showing

I’ve noticed in the screenshots that there is an option to choose to Add Columns based on Taxonomies. I don’t see that option in my install. I see the following options:
Post Type
- Content Blocks (CPT)
- Pages
- Posts
- Prints (CPT)
Other
- Comments
- Media Library
- Users
The taxonomies options are missing. Is this a Pro feature?
