Taxonomies Only Populate First Choice

We’re letting folks update their own content recommendations on a website with this plugin and the GF Custom Post Types form.

The problem is that if the user chooses more than one record on any of the taxonomies, it always only submits the first record chosen.

We have edited in the backend and it works fine in the Custom Post Type.

And we can see that when we make an update with this front-end and look at it in the backend that it is only saving the first one we’ve chosen and disregarding the other taxonomies we’ve chosen.

I see it says you fixed a bug with taxonomies in your plugins description. Is this the bug? How can we make this work?
