Our plugin won’t have any effect on that. The list of them on the Manage Taxonomies page is dictated by the order they’re in, in an array, that our plugin gets back from our own settings field.

The plugin list taxonomies in order they were inserted.
I hope you’ll let us change the order in future versions.

    Thanks ??

Well, the order you seem them in on admin.php?page=cpt_sub_manage_taxonomies has no impact on anything. It’s certainly not going to influence any queries you may make in your theme or plugin. They also currently change order the moment you save one you created first. Say you have “Actors” and “Genres”, in that order. Edit the “Actors” taxonomy and it’s now shown in the order of “Genres”, “Actors”.
