Taxonomy field returns only the ID

    Hello,

    I have added a taxonomy field in my field group, though it only returns a number and not the selected taxonomy name and I’m not sure if I do something wrong.

    I have selected the checkboxes inside the custom post and what I get in the front end is

    “Equipment : 78” or 123 or multiple numbers if I’ve selected many checkboxes.

    I expected that it would return “Equipment: Dumbbells” or whatever I have chosen. Any ideas? Thanks.

    Hello, thanks for your reply,

    maybe my mistake was that when i designed my template to pull the ACF fields I used a text block. Since then, I found this tutorial from Kadence WP which happens to be the theme I use and I fixed the problem using a dynamic list block. Thanks.
