Taxonomy Help??

Hello Guys, I am building a coupons and deals website where the coupons/deals will be organised under the name of stores, categories, products etc. I had build coupons and deals as my custom post types. But I want the coupons to be accessed easily under stores (For eg: Amazon Coupons/deals), categories (Electronics Coupons/deals ) and even under products (For eg: Mobile Coupons/deals).
I think I’ll have to use custom post relationship but not sure how to use.
Please help me.
