Taxonomy listing with post title – is it possible?

    thanks for great plugi-in!
    How can I create listing of taxonomies (taxonomy’s title from A to Z) but with post titles in every taxonomy? Eg,:
    Taxonomies are countries and post are cities and therefore I would like to create this kind of list:

    Country A
    – City A (from Countra A of course)
    – City B
    – City C

    Country B
    – City A (from Countra B of course)
    – City B
    – City C
