Try clearning Pods cache and repairing pods under Pods Admin > Tools. If that doesn’t work, try disabling other plugins and setting a default theme to test for conflicts.

    Dear Paul,

Thanks for the reply. I’ve cleaned Pods cache, repaired all pods, disabled all plugins, and changed the theme for different ones, but nothing worked.

    Any other ideas?

A first thing to check would be the Screen Options tab in the upper-right corner of the Appearance > Menus screen. Is the checkbox for the taxonomy to display checked? This setting is per-user.

If that does not show it, try exporting the taxonomy configuration via Pods Admin > Components > Import/Export Packages. After exporting the configuration, deleting the taxonomy, then re-importing its configuration may resolve it. By deleting the taxonomy, I mean deleting its configuration, not its data. Deleting the taxonomy Pod will not delete the relationships to taxonomy terms or term field data.

If that does not work, try exporting configuration for both the trouble-taxonomy and the newly created taxonomy that should have the same settings, then compare the JSON files to see if there is a difference.

If that does not lead to a solution, site credentials can be shared for further inspection via the Slack support channel linked from pods.io.

Screen Options was not showing it. I’ve tried to export it and import back, but nothing. Then I’ve realized its JSON was way larger than other Pods. I’ve exported another taxonomy and changed some fields, imported back and it worked! Thanks!
