Taxonomy Order Menu Item missing

    ACF 5.1.0
    COTTO 1.5.7.4
    One custom post type: “Resources”
    Two custom taxons: “Audiences”, “Subjects”

    I had trouble making the menu visible for two taxons in one custom post type.

    Admin menu -> Posts -> Taxonomy Order <- Visible menu item
    Admin menu -> Pages -> missing Taxonomy Order menu item
    Admin menu -> Resources -> Audiences <- Visible menu item
    Admin menu -> Resources -> Subjects <- Visible menu item
    Admin menu -> Resources -> missing Taxonomy Order menu Item

    You have to change a couple things in each taxon from default “false” to true:
    Admin menu -> CPT UI -> Add/Edit Taxonomies -> Audiences (example)
    Heirarchical -> True
    Rewrite Hierarchical -> True

    Then the Taxons show up under
    Admin menu -> Resources -> Taxonomy Order <- Visible menu item
