Taxonomy Picker – CPY UI – change order of taxonomies.

Im using the ‘taxonomy picker plugin’ with ‘custom post type UI’ plugin. I need to know how to change how the order of the taxonomies displays in the menu. Im not sure which plugin I could do this with if any or both, can anyone help me.
