    Hi erezodier,

this feature will be added into a later version of the plugin. We support currenlty only WordPress core post types.

    regards,
    Robert

    Robert…,

First of all, I want to thank you and your buddies and congratulate you on the work done with multilingual press. It is truly a blessing for me to have found this plugin and I am growing fond of it. I did a lot of trial and error with wordpress multisite set up and the Hatch theme.

I even had to mess with the permalink settings to get everything working smoothly.

I feel all the program is missing at this point is:

    Building relationships between categories (taxonomies).

At this point it only works with pages and posts. C’mon I’m sure you can do this overnight with all the bagage you have got!

My website powered with Hatch and Multilingual Press is accessible here and as you can see the language link does not work when you access categories through the menu:

    louismartinturgeon.com

    A fan

+1 on taxonomies relationships between languages. It would also be handy if all the categories of original post transfer to translated/connected version in each language. Same goes for tags. If there are no tags connected with that particular one, user could be asked to enter the translation so that tags are added automatically.

Robert, we are patiently waiting for you. Please let us know you heard us.

I’m the new lead developer for Multilingual Press.

This feature will not be included in the upcoming version 1.1, but very likely in 1.2.

Ok, that’s awesome news. It is very difficult for us who need to create multilingual sites to get an easy, efficient method to work with. Thanks.
