T&C checkbox alert is not showing up

    Hello WooCommerce Team,

    i hope you are well!

    I have strange problem at my site at the checkout.
    There are no alerts (checkbox warnings) for the 2 checkboxes (Terms and Conditions) when you did not check them.
    The alerts arent popping up, so the users are confused because nothing is shown.

    Thats also with the standard checkout theme (using checkoutwc)

    Do you have any suggestion how to fix this?

  • Hi Christian!

    The cause of this could be a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

    To determine what could be causing the issue, please temporarily switch your theme back to Storefront, disable all plugins except WooCommerce and repeat the action that is causing the problem. If that solves it, then re-enable all plugins one-by-one, until you find the one creating the conflict.
