    Hi Advanced Ads users,

    We are practically ready for the official release. However, even though enabling our TCF support is simple, the whole topic itself is complex. We believe that there might be many questions and want to be ready to reply to them quickly. Therefore, we decided to postpone the official release until next week due to the upcoming weekend.

    Some of you already asked us for early access to the TCF integration, so we uploaded it for you. Customers with an All-Access pass will find the files for premium add-ons on their customer account’s first page

    If you have further questions that we didn’t answer in this article or the manual, please let us know in our forum for free users or open a new support ticket when you are a customer with an active license.

    Which CMP do you recommend to work with your plugin?

    Or the best one for the editors, the one that makes you lose a minimum of gain, as it is what it is about.

    Hello ! I downloaded and installed the Pro version with the active license. The problem is that when I activate the new TCF function for privacy the ads are NOT loaded immediately but need to reload the page. Why does this happen? What was the premium version for?

    The visitors to your site must first give their consent before the ads are loaded.
    For a Consent window go to https://www.quantcast.com/

    @ciromuto @schmidt25 @webzunft. This is a bug (ads loaded after refresh) or this is the way to serve properly the ads with TCF function?

    Hi @aldon,

    This is no bug but different behavior between the basic version of Advanced Ads hosted on www.ads-software.com, in which the ads appear after reloading the page, and Advanced Ads Pro, where the ads appear immediately when the consent has been given.
