TCPDF ERROR for ticket template images

    Hello!

    First of all, fantastic work on the plug-in ??

    The only issue I’ve run into so far is during the creation of ticket templates. When I attempt to upload ANY image as either a background or logo, I’m greeted with this message: “TCPDF ERROR: [Image] Unable to get the size of the image:” followed by the image URL.

    I am using the WP media library as recommended in the Tickera documentation.

    Am I doing something wrong? Please help.

    it’s fixed ??

    The issue is somewhere on the server since it doesn’t allow retrieving an image via an absolute address. We set the relative one like /wp-content/uploads/2015/08/background.jpg and it works like a charm ??
