    When I try to view an invoice, I get this message:

    TCPDF ERROR: The font definition file has a bad format: /home/busyneed/public_html/wp-content/uploads/woocommerce_uploads/wcj_uploads/tcpdf_fonts/helvetica.php

    I’ve been having this problem for a while. I have Booster 4.1.0, Woocommerce 3.5.2, WordPress 5.0, and the most recent version of my theme from 8theme, Legenda. Still getting the error message above.

    Furthermore, I was instructed to contact [email protected], which I did (request 3750). Rokas & I had a couple of exchanges but I have no update & no solution since 14 December, despite repeated follow-up emails.

    I need to be able to at least SEE the invoices! Please advise what I need to do. Thanks.

  • I’ve got the same error!

    Edit…
    Solution 1: Add the width and height tags to the image that the PDF is generated, but no image appears

    <img src="/wp-content/image.php/" width="380" height="70" />

    Not sure what the Solution is referring to because the error messages seems to refer to a font issue, not an image.

    Ah, ok!

    @jdembowski very sorry! I clicked on it by mistake! I had to look up what modlook meant & had just come back to remove it. Again, very sorry!

    @towertechnologies Unfortunately not yet. ??

    @towertechnologies I was just contacted by a tech. My fonts were corrupted for some unknown reason & had to be reloaded. You might need to follow up with Support at ([email protected]) to have them do the same for your site.

    @elitasharpelivecom glad to see all is fine again ??

    @karzin I tried to re-upload fonts through WooCommerce – Booster Settings – PDF Invoicing – Advanced- Fonts Manager, but it did not resolve this problem. Is there any other way to re-upload fonts? Thanks ??

    Hi,

    Please try to download it from here then:
    https://s000.tinyupload.com/index.php?file_id=66677348792062182775

    And after that, unzip it to this folder:
    wp-content\uploads\woocommerce_uploads\wcj_uploads\tcpdf_fonts

    @karzin thank you! ?? but unfortunately, it did not help. When I want to view the proforma invoice, I always see a white screen with this message: “TCPDF ERROR: Could not include font definition file: droidsansfallback”. This message does not snow only when I choose font Courier, Helvetica or Times. These fonts are not Unicode, but I use latin extended characters as ?, ?, ? and etc. When I was uploading your files into “…/tcpdf_fonts” folder, I found out Courier, Helvetica and Times do not have variation files as helvetica.z or helvetica.ctg.z, they have only .php files. So I tried to set up droidsansfallback font in setting in proforma invoice and delete .z and .ctg.z files from FTP. It helped a little bit – I could view proforma invoice, but latin-extended characters were missing and replaced by “?”.
