TCPDF_PARSER ERROR

  • Hello, I have files since last year that I sold 4x. This time, some files gave this error Custom Log: TCPDF_PARSER ERROR: PDF data was not read, either because the file doesn’t exist, is corrupted, or transfer timed out.

    It sounds like you’re saying the file exists, but if TCPDF (an external library used by WaterWoo) doesn’t like your PDF, or your server can’t handle running TCPDF, you may get that error. Try another, different PDF and see if you still get the error. If you do, things to look at (and we definitely need much more information if you want further help) are: Was your PDF uploaded via the usual WooCommerce product file upload method? What is your server environment? What versions of WordPress and plugins are you using? What version of PHP are you using?
