We build WordPress sites for a lot of nonprofit organizations, and we have found several who are struggling to find a decent solution for their team fundraising events (think of a Charity walk where the overall walk itself has a total raised but individual teams also have their own custom lading pages where they are raising money and tracking team fundraising goals).
The solutions that are out there – by third parties like Blackbaud and Crowdrise – seem to have exorbitant fee structures that are simply not workable for smaller and medium sized nonprofits. (And the UI tends to be hideous, and they tend to be off-site solutions that don’t communicate well with other softwares)
Wondering if anyone out there has a solution for this? Whether it’s a 3rd party or a WordPress plugin? Anything out there working well for any nonprofits that you know of? Thanks for any thoughts!
