In Team Members page or Member Profile page ?
You can specify custom CSS from Management Team -> Settings page.

There is a gap on the right of the image which I can’t get rid of.

any help would be appreciated on this. It’s very close to looking perfect.

Hey Paul, the reason there is a gap on the right of the image is because all of your images have that white space put in. You’ll have to open all of them in an image editing program and remove the white space.

and follow podoco’s instruction to fix it. there is no issue with plugin.
