As you can see on the page mentioned, there are currently 20 members displayed. However, number 21 has just come in. After adding this new member to the team, the first member ever registered will fall off the page. How do I fix this (if possible at all)?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi there, happy new year! Sorry for the slow answer.

This is a server issue and happens because too many fields are being updated in a single page. We are currently working on the issue (we have a fix) and this should be fixed in the next release. I don’t have an ETA at the moment but I hope it’s soon.

Alternatively (for now) there are two things you can do:

Hope this helps, let us know how it goes!

Hi there, happy new year to you too! I like the option of splitting one big team into several smaller teams; I will start working on that one. Nevertheless, I don’t seem to be granted the authorization to edit the .htaccess file in my root directory, therefore I emailed my hosting provider for the second option. Still waiting for reply.

    Hi there,

Glad to hear from you. Keep us posted when you have an answer from your hosting provider.

Well, here’s the result. Unfortunately, my hosting provider will not modify the .htaccess-file because – so they say – that would conflict with their support terms.
So I am willing to give the php.ini a go. Could you let me know where this file should be placed? Also in the root directory?

    Hi there,

If you have access to your server you should be able to edit your htaccess, it’s strange that they won’t *let* you edit it (it’s only my opinion). I can’t help with the php.ini file, it’s different with each setup.

Some links can help like: https://www.ostraining.com/blog/coding/phpini-file/

The best is to ask your host (again) for this. Locating this file is not really easy sometimes.

    Hope this helps.
