Team Members Not Visible

    I am using the Bridge theme and added the AMO Team Showcase plugin. I used the shortcode to insert the team members onto a page. Everything appears fine when I update and preview the page; however, when I visit the site and navigate to the page the team members do not display.

    The plugin works and looks great from the preview, but I need to get it operating when a user navigates to the page.

    FYI…when I hit refresh, the team members populate and display.

    Hi, on my end I don’t see any issues, I tried in 2 browsers (Firefox and Chrome), I see the members without any actions.

    The only issue I see, is that page needs about 20-30 seconds to load (that’s super slow), and until it loads fully I don’t see any images including header image and team members too (of course). But that’s not related to the plugin.

    So I would suggest to try to log out from the site to see the page as I see it and wait for page to load, because it loads really slow.

    Thank you for the reply, but I resolved the issue. There was a setting in the theme that, when turned off, removed the issue.

    Okay, thank you for this update.

    @horseandchaise what setting did you turn off that resolved the issue? I am also using the Bridge theme and running into the same issue with the plugin.
