    Dear Author,

    I am having a few issues with your pro version. First of all I requested an invoice with VAT information, that I have never received. Please honor my request and send it to me as soon as possible!

    Second of all, I noticed that after setting up a team with your plugin that images are randomly migrated between team members. I add a picture to team member A, but after reloading the page it now appears under team member B. What is going on?

    Please use https://wpdarko.com/support for anything related to the PRO version of our plugins. www.ads-software.com support forum is used for plugins that are in the directory.

    I think there’s a problem with your email address, I have answered you on our support platform regarding the invoice. Could you try sending a request with another email address? Or contact us using [email protected] directly.

    And yet another bug!

    Now it won’t let me add pictures. I can add them, save the page. Reload the page and find the image field empty, both on back-end and front-end. I can manually insert the URL to the image file, but this also gets stripped after saving.

    I am really wondering what is going on with your plugin and am curious about your solution.

    Ow wow! Another bug found!! This is getting funny actually.

    In the back-end I now see two fields for a hover photo and zero fields for a normal photo upload.

    Advice needed quickly!

    The image stripping might be related to the amount of members you are trying to save on a single page. We have solutions for you to try and will be happy to help you using our support platform.

    We can also send you an invoice, which we’ve done many times for other users. Simply contact us with a working email address so we can reply to you.
