    Hello awesome plugin developer(s)!

    Thanks for creating and maintaining this great plugin! We use it to showcase our quarterly employee award winners and it’s been working great until recently when we encountered a bug where the team is not updating once it’s published. Apologies in advance for this newbie question but could you provide any indication as to why this post type wouldn’t update?

    Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated!

    Hi there,

    Could you double check that you are editing the plugin on the same site that shows it? We’ve had similar issues before and they were all due to either this or the user was editing another team (impacting another shortcode).

    Hello @spwebguy!

    I was able to fix this issue from getting instructions on wpdarko.com/support forum. All I had to do was increase the number of variables that can be on a page. The instructions provided to edit the htaccess file worked perfectly. The team has since updated and my issue is resolved. Thanks kindly for the quick response!
