team prestor player can you listen to your customers?

  • They urgently need to add autoplay for IOS devices, the plugin only autoplays on android devices, the competition has already solved it and the Prestor Player team is sleeping.

    On mobile, Autoplay with or without sound is not supported by Presto Player. Safari has too many limitations on this to reliably autoplay video. Additionally, it’s generally considered a poor user experience to autoplay videos on mobile devices, since this automatically uses data without the user’s permission.

    some more companies like Vidalytics manage to autoplay even on safari, this is a function that helps a lot of marketers, this is a flaw in the Prestor player that is making me think about migrating to another video player, I hope that with my feedback developers take some action and implement in future updates.

    iOS/Safari has some very strict rules here which do not work well with autoplay. However, we have already informed our developer of this.

    Hopefully, we may fix this soon.

    I know Safari has strict rules, but if other companies offer this feature, that’s why it’s possible!

    I believe your developers can do it too, I hope it will be implemented soon.

    I’ve been asking for the implementation of autoplay on IOS devices for more than 1 month and I’m simply ignored, are you going to implement this function or not? Or just because only me and my friend from above are talking aren’t they going to do it?
