Team URL / Post Type

Hey,
first I like your Plugin and I would like to use it for my Club.
You gave to option to display Team in the menu, but the links a dead.
I checked the code and the post-type team is not created.Unfortunately I don’t now how to fix it.
Do you Plan to add this post-type?
