Teams promoted and relegated teams

Good evening,

For several versions of the displays promoted and relegated teams teams are not displayed correctly. I present the problem in picture :

I selected three teams promoted and relegated teams 3, and on the website it shows me two relegated teams and 1 team promoted.

Where does this problem ?
