Teaser filter

  • Hello all. Recently working on the theme of WP and found this problem. The teaser will always show the content above the “more” tag, including images and html tag. Wonder if there’s any way to filter out the img and other HTML tag. Thank you very much!

  • Try using the_excerpt() instead.

    Thanks for the reply but I have already tried the_excerpt() and the_content() but both of them don’t work as I want to. Guess will have to manually enter the excerpt. Thanks!

    I use the Excerpt Editor plugin with which you can chose which tags to allow and which to disallow in excerpt. And other features of course.
