• Hello I want to sent a new sms in my wordpress site and it’s shows

Technical error: “422n{“fields”:{“sender”:[{“invalid”:”Non numeric senders must be 11 chars or less”}]}}n” .

How can I solve that problem?

  • Hi,

You need to either use 15 digits/numbers OR use an alpha-numeric text of up to 11 characters. Alpha-numeric means a combination of characters A-Z and 0-9. If you choose to have only numbers, the limit is 15 digits. The limits are technical limitations in the SMS-standards, so they are impossible to do anything about.

I hope this helps you on your way?

    Hello,
Please reply with my confused part as I’m still unable to fixed my problem ??.

If you want to have a numeric sender, ie. show a phone number as the sender, you can enter up to 15 digits.
If you want to have a text based sender, ie. Name of your company, you can write up to 11 characters.

I don’t know how to else describe this, but you can look in the docs for more info:
    https://gatewayapi.com/docs/apis/rest/

Otherwise, our regular support opens via chat at 9am (CET) tomorrow via gatewayapi.com.

Ok , I had checked your YouTube video comment and their I see this error is show because of lacking of credit , but don’t mention that.

It’s a different error, but yes, you need credit in your GatewayAPI account in order to send SMS’es. Again, you can get free live chat support from tomorrow at 9am CET via the chat button on our website. It is probably best, when you have many questions.
