    I’ve managed to deactivate and delete the plugin from my site although I would like to activate it.

    The below error was emailed to me:
    An error of type E_COMPILE_ERROR was caused in line 28 of the file D:\Data\Web\abbott-group.new\wp-content\plugins\imagify\inc\admin\heartbeat.php. Error message: Cannot redeclare _imagify_heartbeat_received() (previously declared in D:\Data\Web\abbott-group.new\wp-content\plugins\imagify\inc\deprecated\deprecated.php:1314)

    This is the caching issue, as this file is removed from the plugin in the newest version. Can you try to clear your server’s cache and try again?
