• Hi, we are working with Elementor Pro, Jet Elements, WooCommerce and WooCommerce subscriptions. We are facing some technical issues at the moment –?after updating all plugins.?

Problem #1: When sharing some Site-Links with others (customers) they can open the link with my admin bar on top and the name (when displaying) says “Hi, Alexander” instead of their name. Why is the admin-bar or my logged-in site shared?

Problem #2: When protecting sites with WC Subscriptions – site open to all members and then some parts are shown only for product buyers – it occurs that people cannot enter the product website after manually or with product buy getting the right membership plan.?

Problem #3: Some protected websites are visible for members – tested it with an customer account – and the next day it is offline again as if I hadn’t bought it. When opening the site, changing one thing and saving it again, everything is back to normal and customers can enter the website.

Problem #4: we used to work with dynamic attributes where e.g. the logged in person gets welcomed with “welcome, (user name)”. But for any reason people get shown the wrong names. How could that happen if the attribute definitely says “welcome, (user name)”??

These are very annoying issues and I do not get, where this all comes from due to the fact that we used to work with all the plugins perfectly in the past.

    Kind regards

    Alexander

Looks like an issue with one of the plugins. Is there a caching plugin by any chance?

I’m going to assume that all your plugins, WordPress core, php etc are all up to date? And also you’re doing all this testing on a staging site?

Since you are paying for the Pro version of several plugins, reach out to their support team with your issues – this is why you pay the license, for support.

Lastly, on your staging site, you need to dumb this site way down in order to troubleshoot properly. Turn off all plugins, install a default WordPress theme, and test the functionality of your site by re-Activating the plugins one-by-one.

Make sure you’re not using any caching.

generate links when you are not logged in as an admin or as a regular user on your website. This way, the links won’t include your session information, and when your customers open the links, the website will correctly identify them and display their names or the appropriate personalized content.

@traprenovatiebedrijf yeah, we use WP Rocket as caching plugin.

@corrinarusso thanks for that. The support just tells me the same … not really a cool job ^^

@imranwaheed1 good one. I will try that!
