• Unfortunately the plugin often has issues, but you cannot get directly in touch with the support with an email, unless you are pro. You need to use the forum on wp.com (it has been days and unfortunately I haven’t received an answer yet).
    Also, the forms are not adaptable to mobile.

    You can certainly have mobile responsiveness using WPForms. We have a pre-built CSS for form fields to be displayed at 100% width on mobile.

    To set this up, go the form builder to click on a field and go to its Advanced Options section. Next, add a CSS class wpforms-mobile-full to the CSS Classes field. Here’s a screenshot of how it looks.
