Technical Support Form On Your Website Not Working

    I purchased the Claim Listing extension plugin and installed it but it does not seem to work. I have tried to create a technical support ticket in my account at https://directorist.com/dashboard/?tab=support but it is giving a form submission error.

    Any help in getting the plugin to work would be greatly appreciated. I can provide login to the dashboard if needed so you can login to see that even though the plugin is activated, verified within Directorist with the correct domain, none of the options show up in my WordPress dashboard to enable it. Please help.
