We took down products on Thursday evening at 6:00 pm Pacific for maintenance with the intention of them being down for 12 hours. We went a bit over that time frame but had the products back online within 14 hours.
We are aware that there are some bugs currently and are working to resolve them.
I do not see any emails to us from anyone named “Casper” currently, though, so I am not sure specifically what issues you are personally experiencing. Since it does not appear you have tried to contact us, I would suggest sending in an email as soon as possible to ensure we are already aware of whatever issues you are experiencing and to ensure we can alert you once they have been resolved.
Keep in mind our teams here, including both Support and Development, are busier than usual due to the migration of our products. Generally, we respond to emails within no more than 24 hours. However, with a surge in support calls and emails we may go outside that norm for a bit.
