Technically works, but visually unappealing and missing key features

Especially for a paid plugin, I expect a whole lot more. The default styling is horrid. I’ve spent hours and my theme designer has spent hours upon hours with CSS overrides trying to fix the styling to make it look better. I have the Pro version plugin that allows site visitors to save searches and favorites, but there is no page to link directly to, so they can’t see what they’ve saved?!? Hunh?

Here is their customer support’s response:

“I am afraid that at this time, Diverse Solutions does not offer the option you wish in regards to a link for previously registered users to login.”

So yeah… you can register, but we can’t give you a link to log back in…
