Technoarati claim

I havent been able to claim my blog on Technorati. i have just recently started blogging again with a self-hosted wordpress blog. i remember distinctly being able to claim my old site, (self-hosted, a year to two back) my old wordpress.com blog, and my blogger blog (didnt stick with that very long =P) so now i find myself at a loss not being able to claim my blog. i have put the code in every imaginable place (text widget, post, html file, a page, normal file) all at once and i still get this:
