  • So I was out reading some blogs… and I decided to start one where tech support staff could vent about customer calls they’ve received….

    I’m using wordpress 1.2.2 (because I never found a 1.5 theme I liked…) with the email function and a quick submit page I made to submit a “story” via email.

    So, people can visit the site, https://techsupporthell.org and read or submit tech support horror stories. These stories aren’t limited to tech support staff, if you’ve delt with an idiot tech support person, we want to hear about that as well… help us help you ??

    Let me know what you think. Its currently using the Darkfire css style.
