    Hi!
    We’re having some issues on the last site we design. It seems not to be possible to pay through paypal, it gives us an error:

    “Tenemos problemas técnicos, intentalo de nuevo más tarde”

    And it’s been going on for more than fifteen days.. We need to solve the issue and we don’t know what else to do. We tried to contact Paypal support but they are not giving us an answer so, as we are using this plugin to conect paypal to our wordpress site, we think we should ask you.

    Can you help or guide us to the solution?

    Hi @avantiprodu,

    There is a GET request to the hosting server failing at checkout; see this screenshot.

    Have the WooCommerce php checkout templates been customized at all? If so, does switching to a default theme like Storefront fix the problem?

    Thanks for writing to us back asap.

    We don’t understand the screenshot you’re sending us.
    We’re using a theme we’ve already know works with woocommerce and paypal because we use it on other website and we had this problem but we solve it, we tried to do the same but it seems not to be working on this site.

    What do you mean by php checkput customized?

    Something is misconfigured on the checkout page; it may be due to the theme, even if that theme is working on another site, or another plugin on the site. Does the problem happen if only the WooCommerce plugin and Storefront theme is active?

    Woocommerce is workin because we’re also using Mercado Pago and we can sell with it.
    Paypal is the only error we have.

    @avantiprodu Could you please send a copy of your site’s System Status Report? You can find it by going to your admin Dashboard and select WooCommerce → Status.

    From there, select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here.

    Also, can you please confirm if the problem still exists with only the WooCommerce plugin and Storefront theme is active? This is critical to understand if the problem is related to another plugin or the theme on the site.

    Hi again @tijosh,

    We couldn’t solve the problem so I install a new plugin and it seems to be working, It didn’t want to work inside the standar paypal payment through woocommerce so we install the express payment and we believe now it works.
    Also Paypal support couldn’t solve it so we don’t know what was wrong.
