téléchargement corrompue

    j ai installé l extension Simple Download Monitor je pense avoir bien configuré celle-ci.
    Quand je clique sur le bouton de téléchargement sur ma page de téléchargement le travail s?exécute, mais quand je vais dans mon dossier téléchargement (sur mon pc) le fichier est bien présent, mais le hic.. c est qu il représente 0 octets
    quand je survole avec la souris sur le fichier une fenêtre s affiche indiquant élément téléchargé, fichier JPG, taille 0 octets….
    De ce fait lecture du fichier impossible pourquoi

    Hi, have you tried a different file and or file type? Perhaps the file you are currently testing is corrupted. Please try a different file and or file type and report back.

    je vous remercie pour votre réponse, oui j ai essayé plusieurs fichiers, le problème reste identique.
    j ai désinstallé et réinstallé l extension rien n’y fait toujours le mêmes problèmes, j ai essayé des fichiers mp3 pdf jpg toujours mêmes soucis les fichiers semblent se télécharger mais leurs tailles est de zéro octets.

    Hi, I guess the only action to take now is to carry a plugin conflict test. Can you deactivate all of your other plugins except ours. Then carry out a test. Let me know what happens. Also do you have a cache plugin installed? If you do, have you configured the cache plugin not to cache the download pages?

    Have you also tried to add a zip file to a test post and then tried downloading the zip file?

    Bonjour, je vous remercie chaudement j ai suivi vos conseil. Effectivement cet une extension qui est en conflit (NextGEN Gallery). Après avoir désinstallé celle ci ?a fonctionne . ENCORE UN GRAND MERCI
