  • I am launching telecommer.com, a site I write about how to handle phone interactions with your telcom and tv reps. I’ve been told I have a very readable tone.

    I would appreciate any critiques, advice, barbs, encouragement, or heck even if only an interested ad click at my new site. 8^) No fraud please.

  • It’s layout isn’t lining up correctly in Safari but looks fine in Firefox which is odd.

    You should write some article about VOIP. I’ve had Vonage for a few months and it’s great, one flat fee for every possible option and free long distance in the 48 states.

    I understand the desire to generate some ad revenue, but that adsense banner across the top looks pretty assy, particularly on a blog with such a subdued design.

    adsense is way overrated I think…but anyways…

    Telecommer, not only do I like your layout, but your content is awesome. I have a friend who works in ATL at BellSouth doing “DSG” stuff (something with DSL and tech support) and he loves your site.

    Thanks for the honest feedback!

    I tweaked the adsense to lose the border, and dropped the full leaderboard under my logo to a smaller banner after the first post.

    Better?

    I also tweaked the sidebar sections so more important stuff is at the top.

    Content is always being doled out.
