Telegram threads and proxy

Hello.

Can you answer 2 questions, please.

1. How can we add info from this plugin to Telegram topics (threads) in channel? Now it pastes only to General topic, even if format of topic is like -100123456/4 or -100123456-4 used .
2. Also in some cases we need to use proxy (better proxy list) to get info via plugin, especially if it try to parse many times in short time. How can we add this option ?
