Telephone number validation not showing

    Hi there,

    I’ve got a form set up at https://outcomes.com/sign-up-measure

    When I first set it up, it would auto format and validate phone numbers eg. 5101231234 became (510) 220-5137. That seems to have stopped working.

    I’ve tried a bunch of things including deleting and readding that phone number form element. Anything I’m missing?

    Thanks for using Caldera Forms. When you say when you first used it, what version were you working with and what version did the change happen in? To be honest, I’m not sure that the new phone fields ever did that change.
