Looks pretty nice, :). I like the color scheme, calm and stylish.

I’m not convinced about the search box, it’s too square and generic, maybe you could change the button to something prettier? (I like pretty things.)

I like the arrow idea for the sidebar links, but the default blue and underline is not so great.

Maybe you could add a separator for each widget, a little version of your logo? IDK.

Also: Your CSS doesn’t validate. Do change that if your business is about standards compliant code. ??

I like the site, but I don’t like entrance pages (a page you have to click to enter the site). If I went to the site, it is already a given that I want to enter so don’t make me click another link before I can see the site. Just my opinion.
