Temp URL to Permanent URL

I’m creating a new version of an existing non-WP site at a new host. I was given a temporary URL (i.e. XX.XXX.XXX.XXX/~myusername) and have been creating the site behind the scenes. I’m now ready to go live.

The fiel locations are staying exactly the same, the database is staying the same.

Do I simply change the WordPress Address and Blog Address from XX.XXX.XXX.XXX/~myusername to https://www.example.com?
