Template Are Blanked Out-No image

  • Whenever I go to change the themes the available themes area is blanked out. This applies to defaults as well as ones that I download. I have reinstalled and still have the same problem.

    At one point I saw this message: The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and template
    It then says: stylesheet is missing.
