Template Builder Page not working

I cannot edit, delete, clone or export any of my templates for awhile now. The buttons do nothing, and trying to edit a template on a webpage sends me to the Template Builder page, and doesn’t open that specific template. I see that my theme needs to be updated. Could that be the reason?
